Policy

Refunds

Customers will receive a refund if they cancel at least 12 hours before their appointment. This policy only applies to single-session bookings. Monthly plan purchases are non-refundable; however, customers will still receive their remaining scheduled sessions.

Cancellations 

Cancellations are only accepted at least 12 hours before the appointment. No shows will be charged the full amount.

Rescheduling

Customers are only allowed to reschedule at least 48 before appointment.
